Hatha Yoga with Anusara Elements

Asana, Pranayama, Meditation

ANUSARA YOGA
An integrated approach to yoga practice that unites the depth of human spirituality with the precision of biomechanics. This style of Hatha Yoga celebrates life and considers the body a sacred instrument of alignment and reconnection with the Divine.

This practice is grounded in a deep knowledge of bodily alignment, expressed in the “Five Universal Principles of Alignment,” which make it highly effective on a therapeutic and transformative level for the body, while at its foundation lies a philosophy that recognizes the sacredness of every being in its totality — body, mind and spirit — celebrating the uniqueness and intrinsic beauty of each person.

ASANA, PRANAYAMA, MEDITATION

A practice in the Anusara style that places greater emphasis on breathing and meditation techniques, with a slightly reduced focus on the physical aspects, allowing a deeper connection with body, mind and spirit.

GENTLE HATHA YOGA

A slow, gentle practice that combines flowing movement, deep stretching and mindful breathing, without forcing the body. You work within your own limits, with no pursuit of performance or forced flexibility: the breath guides every single movement, calming the nervous system.

AERIAL YOGA

Play with yoga postures without the weight of gravity. Practising on the hammock can be simple and suitable for everyone, or grow demanding and almost acrobatic, always keeping a playful lightness.

YIN YOGA IN A HAMMOCK

A slow, passive practice that brings together the deep relaxation principles of Yin Yoga and the support of a suspended fabric. The hammock is set low, usually at knee height or just below, so that contact with the floor is never lost. The asanas are held statically and passively for 2 to 5 minutes, letting the weight of the body release into the fabric. The cushioning and slight elasticity of the hammock press gently on the energy meridians and work deeply on fascia, ligaments and tendons without any muscular effort.

Stefania De Toni

A certified teacher of Anusara® Elements Yoga, Meditation and Pranic Healing, from a young age she felt a deep connection with something greater, which led her to explore spirituality. After studying acting in Rome, she encountered the Buddhism of Nichiren Daishonin and the bioenergetics of Alexander Lowen, which allowed her to understand the importance of listening to the body as a gateway to the deepest levels of being.

Her passion for yoga was born through meeting her Anusara teacher, Tania Velez, and through seminars with professionals such as Piero Vivarelli, Giancarlo Miggiano, Alba Bertagnolli and others.

In 2017 she obtained her 200RYT Yoga Alliance teaching diploma, while in 2021, during the path toward 500ERYT certification, she discovered her ability as an energy channel, which led her to Pranic Healing. She has completed all the primary courses and is training to become a recognized practitioner.

In 2022 she began teaching meditation under the guidance of Andrea Boni and walked 500 km on the Camino de Santiago. In 2024 she obtained her Anusara® Elements Yoga Teacher certification. Her life is dedicated to inner exploration, with the goal of cultivating love for oneself and for others, without adhering to any specific creed.
