What are Family Constellations?
What are they for?
•
Lately we hear more and more about this therapeutic tool, which has also become known to the general public thanks to the Netflix series “Another Self”, which portrays it with a focus on the distant past.
•
On Sunday morning, 21 January, I will lead an introductory seminar on Family and Systemic Constellations, where we will take a first look at this incredible world, which will help us change the way we interpret the events of our lives, giving us tools to begin untying the knots and recurring dynamics that each of us lives through.
•
We will begin with the theory: I will tell you how Family Constellations came about and what studies they are based on, I will explain what the Morphogenetic Field is, and we will do some exercises to perceive it directly and experience how it acts on us.
We will understand how the Orders of Love work, what happens when this order is broken, and the consequences it can bring into our lives.
•
Anyone who wishes may bring their own issues to be “constellated”, that is, to bring their unconscious family dynamics to light in order to become aware of them and release them.
Those who are simply curious can just observe.

Francesca Mancinelli

Francesca, born in 1976, discovered yoga in 2002. Her first training was as an art restorer. In 2007 she discovered Yoga in the B.K.S. Iyengar method, and after 11 years of personal practice she trained as a teacher at the Dona Holleman Centered Yoga school in Rome with Patrizia Gregori. She qualified as a CONI-ASI postural gymnastics instructor and as a Pregnancy Yoga instructor. Since 2019 she has been teaching Hatha Yoga, and in the same year she became a facilitator of Family and Systemic Constellations at the IPSE institute with Dr Silvia Vannozzi. Since 2022 she has been enrolled in the five-year programme of the EDUCAM School of Osteopathy in Rome, and in 2023 she specialised in Therapeutic Massage at the same school, so that she could begin working with the manual aptitude and sensitivity she had developed in her earlier work as an art restorer. Her training moves towards the principle of integrating Western medical science, Eastern holistic knowledge and the most modern therapeutic applications on the subtle bodies and genetic memories. She continues her personal study of meditative techniques and energy practices, which she brings into her work.
