What are Family Constellations?
What are they for?

This therapeutic tool has been getting more and more attention lately, also made known to the wider public thanks to the Netflix series “Another Self”, which portrays it with a look back at the distant past.

On 21 January, Sunday morning, I will lead an introductory seminar on Family and Systemic Constellations, where we will explore this incredible world, which will help us change the way we interpret the events of our life, giving us tools to begin untangling the recurring knots and dynamics that each of us experiences.

We will start with the theory, where I will tell you how Family Constellations came about and what studies they are based on, explain what the Morphogenetic Field is, and do exercises to perceive it directly, to experience how it acts on us.
We will understand how the Orders of Love work, what happens when this order is broken, and the consequences it can bring into our life.

Anyone who wishes may bring their own themes to be “constellated”, meaning to bring unconscious family dynamics to light in order to become aware of them and release them.
Anyone who is simply curious may just observe.

Francesca Mancinelli
Francesca, born in 1976, discovered yoga in 2002. Her first training was as a restorer of works of art. In 2007 she discovered B.K.S. Iyengar method Yoga, and after 11 years of personal practice she trained as a teacher at the Dona Holleman Centered Yoga school in Rome with Patrizia Gregori. She qualified as a CONI-ASI postural gymnastics instructor and Prenatal Yoga instructor. Since 2019 she has taught Hatha Yoga, and in the same year became a Family and Systemic Constellations facilitator at the IPSE institute with Dr. Silvia Vannozzi. Since 2022 she has been enrolled in the five-year course at the EDUCAM School of Osteopathy in Rome, and in 2023 she specialized at the same school in Therapeutic Massage, in order to begin working by applying the manual aptitude and sensitivity she developed in her previous work restoring works of art. Her training path is moving toward the integration of Western medical science, Eastern holistic knowledge, and the most modern therapeutic applications on the subtle bodies and genetic memory. She continues her personal study of meditative techniques and energy practices, which she incorporates into her work.
