Meditation, in its practical aspect, plays a transformative role, changing our inner state and touching the psycho-emotional side; this is why we find in those who meditate sensations such as wellbeing, calm and a beautiful feeling of joy that envelops the whole physical body.
Ancient traditions, whether Taoist or Buddhist, work through the vision of the inner landscape, that is, through visualising the nature that lies within us, along the central channel, stimulating the endocrine glands. An important role is played by the Amygdala, controlling the state of anger, an aspect that is currently very significant and out of control.
In this particular Taoist and Buddhist Meditation workshop there will also be the opportunity to experience specific work on the sense organs: sight and hearing, through visualisations, mantras and acupressure.
