The “Magic Sphere of the Dragon” is an ancient Qi Gong exercise practiced through a static posture that allows one to maintain a harmonious connection between heaven and earth, thus releasing the vital energy Qi and concentrating it in the hands through gentle movements, ultimately benefiting the energy channels (meridians) by opening their dams.

The event is designed both for established practitioners of the Holistic Sciences and for beginners.

The session aims to convey not only the energy technique itself, but also its concepts and developmental roots, alternating theoretical principles with practice.

Mario Meloni

He began his journey in the art of Kung Fu under G.M. Paolo Cangelosi in 1990, studying (in addition to the martial styles) the internal Nei Chia techniques of Tai Chi Chuan, Pa Kua Chang, Meditation and the broad field of Chi Kung. His teaching career began as an assistant instructor in ’95, later reaching, through the qualifications obtained, the rank of 3rd level Tai Chi instructor. From 2010 to today his path has expanded with the study of Chinese Medicine and the introduction of insight into the world of Qi Gong, Meditation and other Internal styles with other teachers, Masters and Doctors.
