The commemoration of our Ancestors in the month of November invites us not to forget our Roots, our Essence and therefore our role in the Circle of Life.
When an Ancestor, for whatever reason, is excluded from our heart — because forgotten, hidden, or pushed away — a dissonance is generated in the unconscious, manifesting as disorder and conflict in various aspects of life: family relationships, relationships, work, health and more.
These conditions lead us to forget who we are, losing strength and direction, thus inviting us to introspection to gain clarity.

What is your place in the world?
Only by reconciling with the past and those who were part of it is it possible to restore order and harmony in life and rediscover one’s own identity, moving towards the path of one’s own Fulfillment and thus honoring those who stand behind us ????

In this session, each participant can bring up any topic to observe together, related to a current personal difficulty.
You can also participate simply as an observer or as a representative in others’ work, according to your own availability.
No prior requirements or knowledge are needed to participate; for first-time participants, a brief explanation of how the sessions work will be provided.

I have always been searching for a broader and more expansive vision of existence, pursuing Knowledge and the Expression of the Self by combining Science, Art and Personal Growth.
My path of study begins in 2015, exploring concepts related to the world of Quantum Physics in terms of Energy, Frequency and Vibration, and the unconscious world based on the writings of Carl Gustav Jung and Brian Weiss, later approaching holistic practices and the development of communication through voice and images.
In 2016 I took my first step towards Reiki, becoming attuned and continuing the path until becoming a Usui Method Master in 2025.
From 2017 to 2019 I followed the Aura Cleansing and Shadow Integration Course at the Harmonia Mundi Esoteric Bookshop in Rome, through which I discovered Family Constellations in 2018.
In 2023 I decided to undertake the Initiation and Learning Course in Systemic and Spiritual Constellations with Gabriele Policardo, becoming a Facilitator in 2025.
Since 2024 I have been deepening my study of the 5 Biological Laws as an integration to Constellations on topics related to health.
My purpose is to contribute to people’s wellbeing by sharing this knowledge and these practices, since I myself have benefited from them, opening myself to a renewed life experience.
