Hellinger’s Original Family Constellations

Family constellations are a practice developed by Bert Hellinger, in which, through a representation of family dynamics ,
it is possible to dissolve or remove imbalances, discomforts or blocks that arise over the course of life. Hellinger is not the father of constellations, in the sense that they already existed before him, but his great merit was to have deepened the potential of this method. The constellator’s task is to listen to verbal messages, body language and the subtle signals that indicate how to open the constellation, starting from what the person concerned has asked, or in reference to something they may not be aware of. What emerges can allow for a deeper and broader understanding of past events and let go of inner images, bonds, painful identifications, giving us back a clearer sense of our Life.
