Family constellations are a therapeutic tool that helps people unblock, heal, understand and transform various aspects of their lives.
Thanks to family constellations, people can free themselves from systemic burdens that do not belong to them and that undermine their serenity in the present moment. When one person heals, they also help to heal the whole family clan, both the ancestors and the new generations. Family Constellations therefore help us to live the present more fully and prosperously.
To carry out family constellations we use representatives, who can be people, objects or animals. The field speaks through them. The constellator’s task is to act as a channel and interpreter of what happens, so that the person being constellated can understand and heal the origin of their problem.
When we find ourselves facing a persistent problem, its origin may lie not in this life but in a previous one. In these cases we can turn to the Akashic Constellation, which allows us to widen our gaze until we find the first past life in which the conflict began. By healing that earlier life, we bring light, peace and wellbeing to the present moment.
Everything takes place in a safe, non-judgemental, confidential and respectful space. What happens stays between the facilitator and the person being constellated, thus protecting their privacy.
During the evening this method will be presented and, by booking, it will be possible to take part in a constellation.

Maria, Spanish by birth and Italian by adoption. I have a degree in communication and a strong interest in personal growth.
Over the years I have developed a deep passion for wellbeing, understood as the rediscovery of all the physical, mental and spiritual components that have the power to enhance our quality of life.
This conviction gave rise to a path that led me to train in natural cosmetics on the one hand and in holistic disciplines on the other. If coaching was what opened my mind, family constellations were what opened my heart, finally allowing me to look at myself and the world around me with a fuller, deeper awareness.
After completing a master’s in Family and Akashic Constellations at the Academia Nadaji in Barcelona, I began my path as a therapist to share my gift, my experience and my passion with people. I also specialise in Akashic Records, Energy cleansing, the Womb Rite and the Ark Technique.
What drives me in this profession is helping people rediscover within themselves all the answers that can help them become a better version of themselves.
