We have always been led to believe that getting into theatre means learning lines by heart, knowing how to deliver them as well as possible and putting on a show. But for me getting into theatre is not that, or at least, it is not mainly that.
For me, doing theatre means going deep, digging into a part of ourselves we don’t want to see, being moved, and leaving the room different from how we were when we came in.
For me it means leaving a mark, it means feeling, it means writing, it means listening to yourself, understanding yourself, talking to yourself, looking at yourself.
What I would like to do is give you an emotional moment of getting to know yourselves through music, writing and some work that is not only physical but also emotional.
We will always talk at the beginning and end of each class.

My name is Rebecca. Ever since I was little, my dream has always been to
an actress, and with great commitment I try every day to reach my destination… even though, as I always say, the destination is nothing other than the whole journey we make. I have always loved teaching, I have always loved the world of disability, and my little heart swells when I see that we can all do the same things, or at least try. So for several years now I have been teaching Theatre, running workshops, travelling and also working in schools as an Asco; I speak Italian Sign Language and work with deaf people.
I miss putting on shows as I did until recently, but what I am receiving at
this moment from these other artistic branches is truly spectacular.
I am half Abruzzese and half Apulian, so an arrosticino or a panzerotto usually pops up during some of my work.
