In truth, in the most difficult and painful cases, in those most transformative paths, one starts from a complete restructuring of the personality (for example from fragmented to cohesive) through various processes of awareness, catharsis, and “trauma integration” in all its forms and facets (as in the case of psychoanalysis, various psychotherapies, energy work, family constellations, and body integration work such as Bioenergetics and others), one arrives at a stable Self, an Ego “sufficiently structured” to be able to face the pitfalls of a “social” life without being engulfed, invaded, or possessed by it. At this point, for a “quantum leap” of consciousness, essential for undertaking a new path at a higher level, a “crisis” so devastating as to allow access to a so-called “altered” state of consciousness becomes necessary, so that one can reach a further new awareness and be able to see the true design behind the illusion. Depressive-fragmentation psychosis was, for example, the last straw of unawareness in my life and allowed me access to a truer state of consciousness: only from this level can one access information about the path of one’s Soul in the current incarnation or in previous incarnations, in order to have as detailed a picture as possible and to facilitate its journey, even though it is not necessary to go that far!! What is necessary instead is the connection that each of us needs to rediscover with the Source, from which in truth we have never been separated, but which is experienced this way by our mind, and to make ourselves Channels of Light, of Information, of Its Energy, and of the transcendent Unconditional Love that It transmits: in practice, becoming “One with God” in the sense of acting in Its place within the three-dimensionality of the matter we embody.
And this is possible through a spontaneous awakening of consciousness by means of one or multiple so-called “peak” experiences, or through individual introspective paths such as meditation, or relational ones such as the psycho-energetic therapies listed previously, or even access to the Akashic Records with the help of expert guides who accompany us on this tortuous path. These may seem like absurd, crazy, or exalted ideas, but only to those who have not yet become aware of “WHO OR WHAT GOD IS,” or, better still, of what that God is to whom we turn.

The Heart knows well where it wants to arrive: everything lies in managing to keep in check the mind that is restless because it believes it “knows better” than the Heart! And this is natural: there is a period in which it is wise to also give space to the mind, with all its overbearing know-it-all attitude, and let it do some “dirty work,” letting it illusorily believe that it is the one in command. As soon as one awakens, and thus draws close to the so-called Flourishing of the Heart, the true roles of both will be revealed. It was a “game,” a staging, dramatic certainly, but always a fictitious creation within which everything worked – and works – in favor of that awakening of awareness whose pivot, around which everything revolves, is Spirituality.

On this journey, as we have seen, our Ego is not to be demonized: it has allowed us to survive and to become what we are now, also – and above all – by passing through countless sufferings. Moreover, the process of individualization is painful, occurs very slowly, and absorbs a great deal of our energy, but it is absolutely necessary and, in the long run, it gives that energy back to us multiplied, thanks to the release of ancient energetic and consciousness blocks, which, in order to be kept “alive,” used unsuspected amounts of it!
But when a system crumbles, when it “self-destructs,” it is not actually destroyed at all; rather, from the “remains” of this fragmentation a much more evolved system rises, one that replaces the abandoned – because obsolete – system, with characteristics that allow it to function at a distinctly higher level.
Much has been said in these Articles about how “nothing is created and nothing is destroyed, but everything is transformed!” and that Change always works in our favor! It is the alchemical transformation of Nigredo which, through the great suffering of the TRANSFORMATION of the “putrid,” favors the integration of the Shadow of the human psyche.
All the emotions, intuitions, perceptions, and thoughts that have been rejected by the conscious part as undesirable are set aside in this dark part because it is unconscious. By immersing ourselves, then – with the help of a serious and qualified professional! – in the personal unconscious, we become aware of all the projections that we have poured onto others.

Without the dark periods of depression, the foundations for spiritual growth are not created. It is in the down moments that the foundations are laid for the evolution of consciousness, and through these particular messages, even if we feel fragile, vulnerable, and afflicted, they bring an awareness of great inner renewal: it will be a greater blessing than the up periods have ever been.
So the teaching of the spiritual Masters is: “Stay with what is!” If there is Suffering, stay with the Suffering: within this Suffering there is certainly a “message” for YOU! But only if you do not run away from this Suffering. Thanks to it you will be able to become aware of your “weak” points, precisely because they are more “tested,” where the Trauma has not yet been perfectly integrated.
In these “suffering spaces” hides an unimaginable Energy of Transformation and Renewal, provided that we truly enter them without preconceptions, limitations, or various doubts! In short, “detach from the Game of the Ego.” But this detachment simply consists in observing it while living it in the Here and Now!!
If our goal is to keep the frequencies of our consciousness as stable as possible, despite our rational mind that greedily seeks new stimuli, even spiritual ones, we will manage not to fall completely into the “Game of the Ego,” which continually judges, accepts, or rejects, ultimately separating in order to have the illusion of possessing control.
“WHO IS IT THAT IS ASKING THIS? … WHO IS IT THAT WANTS THIS?” marks a boundary, but solely and exclusively in terms of AWARENESS. Otherwise, the “boundary” does not exist because, on a spiritual level, there is no SEPARATION! Love, then, is kneaded together with Hatred or, better, with the Aggressiveness it makes use of to obtain the balance that is extremely necessary within the human dual dimension!
It is therefore precisely in this phase of “Pendulation” that the infinite possibilities for evolution are found. Indeed, our Lives need to express every level of our consciousness: Spirit, mind, emotions, and body. It is not “by chance” that it is worth taking our BREATH into consideration!
The breathing process consists of two phases: inhalation and exhalation. Let us consider Inhalation as the phase in which we open ourselves to Existence, and to the possibility of continuing to exist. We fill ourselves with Prana, with Vital Energy, but also with those pieces of Information carried by that Prana, that is, the particles of Oxygen and all the other components of the air we breathe, but also Life understood as Openness to the Experiences that Life itself offers us and that we allow ourselves to accept, Expansion of our lungs but also of our Consciousness… in the phase of Exhalation, instead, we release that Vital Energy already used in the first phase for our survival, and it can be understood as a process of “rejection” – which it truly is, in relation to the components of the air that are no longer of use to us – and we close in on ourselves like a “little death,” but only to allow our lungs to begin living again with the next Inhalation. Within this brief phase of “Pendulation” the life of our physical body manifests itself as we know it in the Three-Dimensionality of Matter. It represents a process of Expansion-Contraction, Acceptance-Rejection, Extroversion-Introversion, and OUR ENTIRE EXISTENCE unfolds within this process! We could state that “the Truth lies in the middle,” certainly, but the middle is the meeting point of these two extremes, both absolutely necessary for our existence, and each of the two brings information that we cannot do without.
It is Separation – fictitious, illusory, unreal from a Spiritual point of view – but absolutely necessary for our evolutionary experience in Matter, which we accepted at the very moment of our incarnation!

All three chakras of the lower consciousness – linked to the density of matter – in the third dimension need to be activated and to expand through a purification and an evolution of Awareness and Energy. The mind, or emotions, or the body alone are not sufficient. Just as the expansion of the Heart Chakra alone is not sufficient! Love alone is not enough! When the struggle for personal control has ended or is about to come to an end, nothing in human existence will have the same importance anymore.
There will no longer be the need for approval, jealousy, envy, the fear of lack, of death, and of life!
It is our continuous Evolution! Nothing is stable; everything, like the Universe, is in constant motion!
