We survive on what we receive but we live on what we give!
Give thanks, wish the Highest Good, and love all the people around you because “they are you”!
This is not naive do-goodism, but one of the most important Universal Laws, that of Cause and Effect: everything you do to the people around you, you do to yourself, and this action, word, or thought will come back to you exactly as you manifested it.
Being in the heart, in fact, does not mean failing to see the inconsistencies and difficulties of the people around us and, because of this, letting ourselves be subdued, invaded, possessed, violated! Being in the heart simply means finding our natural – on a spiritual level – state of balance. Mainly, on an energetic level, between the lower Chakras and the upper ones.
Indeed, it is no coincidence that the Heart sits exactly at the center between these two aspects of ours: that of the lower consciousness, linked to our Personality and to our Fears, Emotions, and Desires, and that of the higher consciousness connected with Openness to listening and deep Communication, with Intuition and clarity of Vision, and with Total Connection with the One.
So being in the Heart simply has to do with “being deeply what one is, in simplicity.”
It has to do with Respect for the difficulties of others and their personal life story. We do not know where they come from or how much they have suffered. So to respect we add Compassion for their Suffering. When we manage to love the people around us with balance, and at the same time manage to love ourselves by respecting ourselves, valuing ourselves, and honoring the path of our Soul, we activate our connection between the physical and mental part and the soul part. A neurobiological change also occurs in the brain.
But the Awakening of Consciousness also leads to the awareness that Unconditional Love does not exist tout court, as we have always romantically imagined it, in our dimension which leads us to live in the material condition dominated by the impulses of “acceptance and rejection” necessary for our human survival through our individualization. Everything here is exchange, and to be functional it must tend as much as possible toward balance between “giving” and “having,” as the functioning of the Macrocosm of the Universe teaches us. It is in continuous movement of Expansion and Contraction, and within this peculiarly evolutionary process everything happens for our Highest Good, in deep connection with our Microcosm, that is, our inner being.
“Let us give the Ego what belongs to the Ego!” then, what it probably did not have in the past, so that it may truly strengthen itself and put itself at the service of our more evolved parts with Strength, Vigor, and Determination! In doing so, that alchemical transformation of “lead into gold” will take place, and these parts of our Personality will free themselves from heavy emotional burdens that prevented their integration into the more evolved consciousness, that is, into what we truly are. The awakening of the Chakras, of all the Chakras without distinction – what we would call the activation of the Body of Light – simply consists in becoming oneself, free and not crushed by our traumas and by the masks that consequently result.
Finally, we will understand that there is nothing to transform, because our Personality is not true, it does not exist in reality, just as fear does not exist! It is simply a creation of our mind to allow us to survive and grow, once we manage to see it exclusively for what it is: a construct of our finite mind! Ultimately it will be clear to us that it has always been a matter of “removing,” “cleansing,” never of “putting in” or “adding” anything!
While on the one hand therapy centered on building (and then dismantling) the Ego proves essential for the psychic balance of the person, it is not the true path toward Wisdom and Self-Knowledge as a Transcendent Being, or divine Spark, whatever we wish to call it. It is the second path, the one that places us at the service of the transcendent – a path completely detached, for those who manage it, from religions, which are useful but only at the beginning of the journey! – that makes us take the true leap of consciousness and puts us in a position to access true Wisdom. It is therefore not the repression of the Ego tout court that is the road leading to Evolution and to Spiritual Independence, but rather the Transformation of the Energy that it releases (let us not forget that the Ego is comparable to our needy and suffering inner child, which manifests itself through our defensive personal Self), placing it in favor of the Essence on the path toward Unity.
What really makes the difference? The awareness that striving toward something – apparently – unreachable, such as embodying the Higher Consciousness completely, with the physical body fully transfigured by Light and Love, accessing an “other” plane of existence, entirely new to the awareness of the human being subjected to the needs of the lower circuit of their consciousness, and finally being able to serve the ONE from a more evolved position – not a better one, because every condition has its own peculiarities, its needs, and its reasons for being – functional and preparatory, at the same time, for returning definitively to God.
So aspire to the maximum that a human being can aspire to, aware that the path is infinite and that nothing is ever reached except at the level of consciousness – but this we cannot fully experience through mere experience on our plane of existence – reconnecting with the Source by being It!
To achieve this, one must make one’s life on Earth an experience of truly disinterested Service seeking as much as possible to merge with the other and with the WHOLE, in every need that the other and the Supreme Good ask of us – paradoxically even those we do not understand with our tiny human mind – so that the most necessary information can flow from us together with Love, Compassion, and Gratitude for having allowed us this Service. So, feeling within ourselves the Greatness of the divine which, through our fullest availability and our continuous prayer that It may act through us, emanates a state of Consciousness of Unity, Transformation, and Evolution, tending inexorably toward Light, Truth, and Life, and that all of this is not narcissistic exaltation, is not schizophrenia, is not madness: it instead represents finally gaining access to a Higher Consciousness that has been denied to us – by ourselves! – out of atavistic fear, obedience to ancient unconscious programs, limiting thoughts, and oppressive and misleading programs, and by “others than us” – who are nothing other than ourselves! – for the same reason, namely the Fear of “losing something”: power, privileges, comfort, pleasures relating to this three-dimensional aspect of existence in which we are immersed.
So, every day, every instant, feel within us “who it is that desires this”!
By remaining in deep contact with ourselves, in True Presence, and trying to perceive within us which desire, aimed at exhibitionism, competition, greed, overbearing behavior, pride, and selfishness, drives us to action, and which instead is preparatory to the infinite expansion of one’s own consciousness, to the extreme wellbeing of every smallest cell of our body through – and why not? – the balanced pleasures of the flesh, otherwise, why did we incarnate?
Which is aimed at the “materialization of the Spirit” throughout our physical body and at the descent of one’s own Soul into every energy center?
Which is aimed, finally, at the ecstatic experience whenever we allow the Spirit to descend within us and total surrender to It – therefore at the “spiritualization of matter” -, at the gift of ourselves for the highest Supreme Good, at the infinite expansion of the Energy Center of our Heart so that it may emanate Transmutative Love everywhere, but only when the wellbeing of the other than me, of our brother or sister, coincides exactly with my own?
This is one of the most arduous tasks relating to our Awakening of Consciousness, but “it is certainly worth the effort”!
