“Infinite love is what we truly are and what we refuse to be. This refusal is our deepest tension.”
The Enlightened Sex Manual

Let’s debunk a myth: there is no such thing as “too much love”!
Love IS Love and IS – if we want to reduce it to a definition – an absolute concept, not a relative one! If anything, all the thought-forms that cling to this concept and feed on it like parasites exist within the limitations linked to possession, bondage, conditioning, and lack. And therefore to separation and to the Ego.
But the Ego has nothing to do with Love. Love is Union, is Connection, is Acceptance, is Openness. The Ego separates, controls, judges, rejects. And it closes!
When we open our Heart we detach ourselves from the continuous ruminating of our mind, which is fundamentally Fear and which bases the relationship with the other than us on “no.” Love fights for “yes” and, thanks to this, allows that exchange of information that promotes Life.
Everything we do in our existence is fundamentally a request for Love! Often a request to be loved, nourished, listened to, accepted, warmed, but sometimes also to give this Love to others in every possible form!
Everything condenses into this.
And in the opposite – the refusal to surrender to this Love – because of all those conditionings that make up our inner “saboteur.”
If we managed to go beyond this impulse of “acceptance-rejection” we would truly be able to see the World for what It Is.
It’s all very simple!
God, the Divine, the Cosmic Creative Energy IS EVERYTHING THAT IS and IS everywhere.
“Inside” and “outside” of us, even though we will discover that neither an “inside” nor an “outside” exists.
When we allow It to permeate us completely, we will be awakened from our sleep and we will live this elevation and emanate this vibration.
In each of us, in potential, there is constantly the Divine Spark that makes us naturally similar to God. But it is hidden from us and from others under an infinite heap of superstructures that it is our task to remove.
It all depends on us!!!
It is very simple, but this does not mean at all that it is easy! QUITE THE OPPOSITE!!
What limits us in accepting, interpreting, following, living, and emanating this FREQUENCY – with the limits, obviously, of our physical body – this INFORMED ENERGY that can lead us to the highest State of Consciousness?
Fundamentally, our identification with the material, three-dimensional world, our personality and all its thoughts, needs, and desires, with everything this entails; and this depends on our Awareness. This is why the Effort of Surrender is only in terms of Awareness, not of “changing what one is.” No one changes what they are, but they simply change in terms of Consciousness, which is ultimately Everything that exists in Truth. And when you know what you are, in the Here and Now, everything changes accordingly!
This is the True Awakening! We will be led to see everything differently, as we have never done before, from a new state of Consciousness, and Resistances will no longer have the absolute value they had before, and an interaction that was previously impossible becomes possible! Now we are happy, wrapped in Joy, Wellbeing, and Bliss, but what has truly changed??
With the Awakening of Consciousness the Soul increasingly influences the Personality until the two entities interpenetrate and integrate with each other.
When the expansion of the Heart Energy Center occurs, one no longer thinks of oneself but gives oneself to others so that their suffering may be soothed through our Presence. The more one stays in the mind, the less one dwells in the Heart. The less one stays in the mind, the more one feels the suffering of others and experiences at a deep level how much and how others live their suffering. In this way one can truly help, comfort, include, and transform their suffering. Being in the Presence means being aware of what one experiences moment by moment and living it fully.
Experience is what we carry with us from life to life, from incarnation to incarnation. We do not carry with us our culture, our studies, our thoughts, and the workings of our mind, no! We carry with us the experience “on our own skin” at the moment we truly manage to become aware of it. Only in this way does what we live “enter into us,” and we will no longer need to repeat the experience: we have integrated it perfectly into our consciousness!
The Soul learns through experience, not through philosophical concepts; it learns through Presence, which belongs to the Heart, not through definitions and culture, which belong exclusively to the mind. It learns through the expansion of Consciousness, through its Awareness, not through the thought-forms instilled in us through every kind of “teaching” and now imprinted in the memory of our mind.
The desires of the Soul are founded on Unity, and often, in order to reach this through the so-called integration of opposites, it accepts living in apparent conflict precisely in order to fully experience it in this way.
How? Initially thanks to our thoughts. And that is, in any case, only the first stage.
It has always been said, therefore: what we think, we are!
When we think, we emit informed energetic vibrations, made therefore of an ethereal, subtle substance; what we do not know is that these vibrations are in fact just as real as those through which other phenomena that we consider physical are manifested.
It is in fact we ourselves who manifest the world that surrounds us through the emanation of our Informed Energy from our Microcosm!
So thoughts of Love attract the Love of others, situations, and people in tune with our thoughts, just as thoughts of anger or suffering attract the equivalent Informed Energy that surrounds us. Be careful, however, because, given how our psychic system is structured, imagination overrides will, and most of the time we are its slaves!
What can be done, then? No longer let ourselves be conditioned by our Imagination, by our Fears, and by our Programs – unknown to our consciousness, but which exist – that direct it, and reverse the control mechanism: it is no longer our suggestion coming from our limiting programs that directs us, but rather it is we – with our conscious self-suggestion – who control our imagination!
Remembering that attachment to “objects,” to things, to people through their perception is the condition of “misery” that the human being lives!
“Objects” are merely mental creations, and when one realizes that the objective world is within subjective consciousness, one will understand that the Self is the only reality/Truth that permeates the Universe.
Be aware of who is truly doing the work and identify with that Force, the Self. The main thing is to make the mind turn not outward but inward. Solitude is everywhere. The human being is always solitary – in his non-existence – when he discovers it within, he is no longer an individual – which does not exist – but becomes the Self. Solitude, therefore, is in the mind of man: it is a function of it. A man attached to desires cannot attain solitude wherever he is, while a detached man is always in solitude.
Pleasure and Pain are merely aspects of the mind. Our essential nature is Happiness. It must be well remembered that the body and the mind are not the Self. In meditation the main factor is keeping the mind active in its own occupation without introducing external pressures or thinking about other matters. To do this one must concentrate on a single, exclusive thought. If a single thought prevails, all other thoughts are discouraged and eventually uprooted. This is because the body cannot survive without the mind; therefore, it must simply be bypassed by putting it at the service of a “Higher Mind,” that is, of the Non-mind.
The thought on which we can place our attention can be our Heart – the energy center (Chakra), obviously, and not the physical one – and our capacity to feel Compassion. The final result of the practice of any kind of meditation is that the object on which the seeker fixes the mind ceases to exist as distinct and separate from the subject. Subject and object become the one Self, and that is the Heart.
Don’t think about acting, act!
It is at this point that we no longer rely on thought, which belongs to the mind, but on feeling, which belongs only to the Heart, to the evolved part of us, free from any superstructure. And it has nothing to do with religious dogmas that limit more than they comfort. It is not by suffering, mortifying our own Personality, and remaining in pain to atone for phantom sins that we activate the Fourth Chakra – Anahata, the Heart Chakra – but rather by loving ourselves and placing all our well-defined egoic forces at the service of the Essence, living them and spiritualizing them through a True Awakening of Consciousness. If we have not built a strong and courageous Warrior, whom do we ask to “fight on the front line for our Essence”?
So let us cleanse our Personality Chakras, strengthen them, and put them at the service of the three Higher ones, passing through the Heart, which harmonizes everything.
We survive on what we receive but we live on what we give!
Indeed, we know that in our dimension, which leads us to live in the material condition dominated by the impulse of acceptance-rejection necessary both for our human survival and for our growth through individualization, Unconditional Love tout court does not exist, since everything is exchange, and to be functional it must tend as much as possible toward balance between giving and having.
Let us give the Ego what belongs to the Ego, so that it may truly strengthen itself and put itself at the service of our more evolved parts. The Awakening of the Chakras – of all the chakras without distinction! – what we would call “activation of the Body of Light,” simply consists in becoming ourselves and not being crushed by our traumas and by our compensatory masks. In doing so, that “alchemical transformation of lead into gold” will take place, and these parts of our Personality will free themselves from heavy emotional burdens that prevent their integration into the more evolved Consciousness, that is, into what we truly are.
Finally, we will understand that there is nothing to transform, because our Personality is not true, it does not exist in Reality, just as Fear does not exist. It is simply a creation of our mind to allow us to survive and grow, once we manage to see it exclusively for what it is: a construct of our finite mind. Ultimately it will be clear to us that it has always been a matter of “removing,” “cleansing.”
“Love can only be attracted by love, and rewarded by it.”
