Let us not waste this opportunity. What we ask for is often not in keeping with the true reason we incarnated and with the path of our Soul, yet we ask for it anyway! Why do we do this? Out of need, out of unawareness, and because, in any case, it is useful for us to live those particular experiences.
But isn’t it better to aim directly for the maximum? Perhaps we’re just not used to it? Is it perhaps too much for us? Do we believe we don’t deserve it? Would we not know how to handle all that power? Yes, perhaps!
But the moment we understand that we don’t need to handle anything at all, because it is not we who act, all these limiting beliefs — together with expectations, fears, doubts and questions — will fall away, and a wonderful new path will open before us, one we will walk with means hitherto unimaginable.
So why not take this step? Why not carry out this Transformation? Today, now, in the Here and Now!
First of all, let us take a moment to examine what we ask for.
Do we ask for spiritual Well-being? Do we ask for unlimited access to Higher Energies? Do we ask for connection with the divine? Do we ask to be able to use all of this in the selfless service of our Essence?
No. We ask for petty, fleeting desires that bring more suffering than well-being, because they are born of our compensatory needs. And, as we know, compensatory needs, precisely because they arise from lack, place us in a state of Separation rather than Connection! So we ask for material desires to be fulfilled, often tied to the pleasure of the moment or to suppressing the suffering of some given contingent condition. We formulate “finite,” empty desires that will run their course within a few decades of earthly incarnation, at best. We really ask for so little, and so poorly!
Why don’t we ask for something truly “infinite,” eternal? Why don’t we ask to be “servants” of the Universal Creative Energy? Does the word “servant” perhaps frighten us? “Servant” comes from service, that is, doing something that “serves” someone else, something else.
If it is needed, I AM available!
We know well, however, that “others are us” and that everything we do to “others” we do to ourselves; so it is always all an “exchange,” thanks to which we will always live in Abundance! Why, then, seek and ask for gratification for our egoic illusions, when we could have unlimited Answers, Privileges and Power connected to Truth? Why do we settle for so little? When this Power, these immense possibilities are “given” to us, together with them we will receive the “full package”!
When we no longer ask from our thinking mind and instead surrender to the Unknown, to the creativity of Creation, we will receive something that goes beyond ourselves, something we would never dream of asking for!
BUT A TOTAL SURRENDER IS NEEDED!
GOD FATHER-MOTHER, INFINITE OMNIPOTENT ENERGY OF SUPERCONSCIOUS LOVE WITHIN EACH OF US
BEINGS OF LIGHT INFINITELY EVOLVED, MASTERS AND CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS IN THE HEART OF EACH OF US
Support me on this earthly path;
Let me awaken from this sleep;
Act through me;
Radiate through me;
Bless through me;
Awaken through me;
Love through me;
Let me be that channel of Light, Consciousness and Love that my Soul has deeply desired and longed for from the very moment it incarnated in this physical body;
YOU cannot do this as “easily” as I can in the three-dimensionality of matter, so I make myself available so that TOGETHER we can bring about this Transformation, here and now, through my Availability and my Action. This is the true meaning of the famous saying “Heaven helps those who help themselves”;
Help me to truly see beyond appearances and to put these awarenesses into practice!
Facilitate the integration of all the parts still in shadow within me, into my Consciousness, and support me in the activation of my Body of Light when I am fully ready!
Master in the Heart of each of us, permeate me with Your Unconditional Christic Love, with Your Consciousness and with Your Energy, and radiate Them out to all the people around me!
WHAT MORE COULD ONE POSSIBLY WISH FOR?
Everything we will need will be entirely at our disposal, and we, with Consciousness, Enthusiasm and Love, will make it available to everyone around us!

The opposite of Love is undoubtedly Fear! On one hand there is fear, which is “mind,” and which is ancestrally part of us. We cannot live and survive without fear: we need it in many situations to save our lives. It is, therefore, preparatory to Life, but only if we place it — like everything human and rational — at the service of our Essence, which Is divine. But at the same time, fear does not allow us to love freely, without demands or conditions, a situation that has very little to do with love, which is freedom par excellence. On the other hand, there is non-mind, which is simply surrender, unconditional love toward “All That Is,” toward the ONE that we have also learned to call “God.”
It Is the State of Consciousness of the Heart, of what is not rational and not mentally calculated. It is what is felt, It is Love, which allows for the deep exchange of information, or rather, of informed energy: when we move from the first state to the second, the conditions are created for what science calls “miracles,” for lack of a more suitable term, to occur. But this shift is not automatic: it happens through the integration of all the opposites that dwell within us and that characterize us as “human beings.” It is the work of a lifetime, although it would be more accurate to say of many lives — countless ones — in which we constantly put ourselves to the test so that extreme points of view soften toward one another, tending toward that balance that can be described by the word Harmony. It is this duality that creates Life, this potential difference that allows energy to flow in constant evolution, always tending more and more toward perfection. Every human being seeks the divine for their own completion, which has always been present within them but which, with each incarnation, becomes ever more present and complete in terms of awareness.
Let us always remember that it is Spirit that dominates matter, even though to many it seems exactly the opposite. We must preserve the Spirit; we must work and ask in Its favor so that It may fully take possession of our physical body and, through the etheric body, activate it, vivify it, protect it and elevate it. This is called “the spiritualization of matter.”
How is this achieved?
Through our thoughts, our actions, and also through our prayers! But what is right to ask for in our prayers? Nothing that has to do with materialism, because that is destined to disintegrate. Everything, on the other hand, that is connected to Spirit will live, will live forever, and will bring no suffering, ailments or imbalances of any kind. Whoever connects with this subtler, higher part, and develops it more and more over the course of their existence, will develop immense powers not previously considered. The Soul must be nourished exactly as the physical body is: just as we nourish our physical body, so we must also nourish our subtle bodies, each with the “food” suited to its composition.
It has been made clear enough that everything true, everything that composes what surrounds us, what we see, feel and touch, is nothing but vibrating informed energy, and it is the only true thing in this world we inhabit. So our highest aspiration in life should be to raise this informed energy we are made of to the highest possible level of vibration, and this consists precisely in working toward the activation of our Body of Light, the “body” with which Christ rose again! So let us ask to live fully, connecting to that plane of consciousness, that of Spirit, but without abandoning the grounding necessary to “live in the world without being of the world.”
This is exactly the connection we should seek in every instant of our existence in this physical body: if we do not truly and freely connect with the Whole, there can be no transmission at all.
Work constantly toward an Idea of Light, put all your strength, your thoughts, your attention behind the creation and expansion of a Supreme Idea, and never stop nourishing this idea with your thoughts, your prayers, your blessings and your actions! If you constantly ask to be able to align with this idea of creating harmony, a moment will come when you will be heard, and a part of the Plan will be handed over and entrusted to you. When you work for a divine, supreme Idea, you will become strong, powerful, because you will be helped by the Higher Forces to be able to sustain that part of the Plan entrusted to you.
The “Plan”? Yes, the evolutionary Plan for humankind and for planet Earth, to bring them both together to a higher level of consciousness, the so-called Golden Age. So, if you must ask, ask in meditation, respecting these requirements through true inner purification, also and especially the evening before you meditate, in order to prepare the physical body and mind for this experience.
But if you ask only and exclusively for yourself, if you follow and work for material, selfish ideas, tied to earthly expectations, you will not be cooperating with the Forces of Nature, and they will fail you along your path. Whoever manages to make use of the Forces of Nature becomes invincible: they feel it, they need nothing to be communicated to them. But it is only the human being who resists this connection, no one else!
Can there be only one “religion,” only one “spirituality,” only one “Path”? Religion serves less evolved minds. Spirituality is understood and followed by more evolved minds. The Path can be for all people, provided that human beings free themselves from their own traumas — inevitable in every human existence — not through dogmas but through a careful self-analysis, thanks to deep mirror-relationships against which to measure and evolve themselves. And provided that it is as simple as possible to understand and to follow. Simple but not easy, because it is in difficulty and in opposition that we test and evolve ourselves!
Although it is true that everything depends on us and that our thought creates our reality in relation to the world around us, it is also true that each of us has a destiny, one that has already occurred, and that depends on the path of one’s own soul in every incarnation, including this current one! The teachings each person receives will be exactly those they were meant to receive, because they will be the ones most suited to their level of evolution and their understanding! Each person, therefore, has their own evolutionary path, their own life task, and that is what they “must” do. And if they commit themselves through their own will and thanks to the gifts they were endowed with — gifts that, at the moment of conception, were drawn from the etheric dimension according to the needs of that particular incarnation — they will be able to bring this task to completion. Otherwise, no matter, they will try again in the next incarnation.
This is why we need to be aware of what we ask for: the more we spiritualize ourselves, the more we are connected with the high, divine frequencies; the more we materialize ourselves, the more we are tuned to earthly frequencies, and it is from there that we will receive our communications. So, the more our thoughts of Unity, Understanding and Harmony are connected to true, sincere feelings of Love, Humility, Gratitude and Service (astral plane) and to ideas of Strength, Integrity, Determination and Stoicism (mental plane), the more quickly we will progress and connect with the Light, the Spirit, the High Frequencies, which will allow us to live an “other” existence, with elevated Well-being on every level, Joy and infinite Abundance!
To be, or to have? When one has, it is not a given that one is. When one is, one already has everything within, and if needed it can be manifested outwardly. What we have or possess — but let us always remember, only on loan! — should be as close as possible to what is indispensable for leading a life of physical well-being, of inquiry, of growth and of selfless service, and if much has been given to us, it is precisely so that we can put all of it fully at the disposal of those around us. We must be like simple “administrators,” not “accumulators,” because nothing is ours.
Whoever gives up the control exercised by their own defensive Self, centered on Fear, on Lack, on Demand, on Attachment, on Anger, on the Compensation of the deficiencies of one’s own personality, obeying separative principles such as “adherence-rejection” or “attraction-repulsion,” will experience the Transformation of the cage of blades in which they had shut their own life, and will find themselves in flowering gardens full of “fruit trees overflowing with gifts,” forever lit, warmed and nourished by the Light of the Central Sun.
