We often find ourselves living through choices, relationships, discomforts, blockages, recurring dynamics that put us in crisis and for which there seems to be no way out, wondering the reason for it all.
Not everyone knows that more than one self dwells and acts within each of us: in our unconscious echo the memories, perceptions, and painful, limiting and traumatic experiences of those who came before us and who allowed us to come into the world.
This is where Spiritual Family Constellations come into play: an experience of introspection, transformation and integration of unconscious family memories that are often at the root of the challenges life places on our path.
Thanks to Constellations, it is possible to shed light on various topics, first and foremost:
-relationships between family members
-couple relationship dynamics
-work and financial dynamics
-cyclical or persistent health issues
-situations of indecision or lack of clarity
Through the representation, in a space, of the figures related to the topic of interest, it is possible to observe who that condition unconsciously refers to, in order to gain clarity and move forward, with greater lightness and strength.
Constellations are not a “solution to problems”, they should not be considered as an alternative to therapeutic practices, medical or psychological care.
They help show us situations from new perspectives, triggering inner changes that align us with different life conditions, the choice to welcome and maintain which rests solely with one’s own individual responsibility.
How does a Constellations session work?
Each participant can bring up any topic to observe together, related to a current personal difficulty.
You can also participate simply as an observer or as a representative in others’ work, according to your own availability.
No prior requirements or knowledge are needed to participate; for first-time participants, a brief explanation of how the sessions work will be provided.

I have always been searching for a broader and more expansive vision of existence, pursuing Knowledge and the Expression of the Self by combining Science, Art and Personal Growth.
My path of study begins in 2015, exploring concepts related to the world of Quantum Physics in terms of Energy, Frequency and Vibration, and the unconscious world based on the writings of Carl Gustav Jung and Brian Weiss, later approaching holistic practices and the development of communication through voice and images.
In 2016 I took my first step towards Reiki, becoming attuned and continuing the path until becoming a Usui Method Master in 2025.
From 2017 to 2019 I followed the Aura Cleansing and Shadow Integration Course at the Harmonia Mundi Esoteric Bookshop in Rome, through which I discovered Family Constellations in 2018.
In 2023 I decided to undertake the Initiation and Learning Course in Systemic and Spiritual Constellations with Gabriele Policardo, becoming a Facilitator in 2025.
Since 2024 I have been deepening my study of the 5 Biological Laws as an integration to Constellations on topics related to health.
My purpose is to contribute to people’s wellbeing by sharing this knowledge and these practices, since I myself have benefited from them, opening myself to a renewed life experience.
