In truth, we always know everything within ourselves, but something clouds this Consciousness of ours. These are the Resistances of the defensive mind-I which are founded on Fear and Survival. Thoughts, conditioning, limiting rational concepts, blocking programs, ancient feelings and resentments, and so on.
At the beginning a method is essential, when one is a novice and gropes in the darkness of unawareness. The method can give direction like a lighthouse in the fog, but it must then be abandoned, whatever it may be! The goal is simply to manage to be aware of our Essence!
The Truth is that Everything is Perfect just as it is.
When we no longer have a frantic need for something, a need tied to a deep lack and/or to an attachment, that “thing” will manifest spontaneously in our Life and in our Consciousness, and it will no longer be a mental concept but a meaningful and complete experience.
As long as the Ego claims to understand – that is, by means of our finite and limited mind – there will be no fluidity but rather blockage, stagnation.
Indeed, one cannot understand the UNLIMITED with the LIMITED mind. At a higher level, if one feels the need to understand, to grasp, to reach “something,” this means there is a block, a closure, because it is the rational mind connected to the defensive I that is being called into play and that limits us, closing us off from the infinite possibilities that do not belong to the mind.
What comes from Truth, from deep Listening, from total Connection, never creates tension if one is ready for the Truth! If it creates a conflict, it means one is not yet ready, that it is too soon.
Paraphrasing Eric Baret:
“A concept is a feeling that has become an idea and then a memory through the mind. Feeling burns moment by moment, lives in the now, and there is no room for memory.”
So if there is Fear, one goes into the mind and no longer into the Heart: one goes into thought and not into feeling; one does not “live the experience” but “thinks the experience.” In doing so, one lives in memory, in the past that no longer exists.
This Journey has no destination: there is nothing to “reach.”
In Truth, the destination is the journey itself that is, the experiences we live deeply, which, through what we go through, raise the Consciousness dormant within us. Staying in the Here and Now one can try to perceive the deep nature of what we are doing rather than acting unconsciously. Indeed, conscious reaction becomes action!
Action is fundamental but only if supported by the Awareness that we are never alone! We are accompanied and supported by infinitely powerful Higher Forces which, however, on this Plane of existence, need our conscious action.
“You tell me what I must do and I do it!”
This is not a joke! It is connection. Connection with the All, with the ONE, with the Higher Consciousness. It is Trust, it is Service.
“I know only through You who Are within me: You cannot do what is right to do in this dimension, but I can, so Act through me. Now I see, feel and know thanks to You, and I therefore act accordingly.”
Unfortunately, we are imprisoned in the cage of our identification with the senses and with matter, and we do not realize it!
If what you seek you do not find within yourself, you will never be able to find it outside of yourself! Whoever decides to begin this path of disidentification will find themselves walking on a razor’s edge, as they will have to manage two realities at the same time: the outer one, apparently made of matter, identification and duality, and the inner one where there is no separation; the mind and judgment will have no power there, and it is the Heart that decides which path to follow.
The only solution is to unite the two worlds: the physical, material, three-dimensional one and the etheric, energetic, spiritual one.

One can – and it would be preferable! – work on both the foreground and the background at the same time, since they are two different but complementary levels. This is because, as we know well, time does not exist, it is an invention of ours and a need of our dimension. The awareness gained from the first experience will also manifest in the second – and vice versa – integrating with one another.
Everything happens – in truth it has already happened! – in the same infinite instant!
