Tibetan singing bowl massage is a very recently introduced technique in Italy, but already widely spread and highly appreciated throughout Central Europe, and it can provide great help for emotional balance and for reaching a deep state of well-being.
Sound allows the Practitioner to detect anomalies and disharmonies in the energy flow, generally called blocks or energetic densities. Their relationship can be connected to one or more levels: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual.
As the person is massaged by sound and voice, they are harmonized with the rest of the cosmos and regain their natural vibratory frequency. Mind and body reconnect and this promotes a balanced energetic exchange between the person and the environment.
OBJECTIVES OF THE BASIC COURSE
After this day you will be able to perform self-treatments and individual treatments. It will be a mainly practical and experiential day. Singing bowl massage is ideal as an integral part of other types of massage.

‘Miko’ Michele Folco – Advanced Gong Master & Gong Master Teacher
He began playing gongs in 2012 after experiencing a gong bath and being fascinated by the instrument. He soon met Christof Bernhard, who became his first teacher, and immediately after took part in his first international course with Don Conreaux and Aidan McIntyre. Since then he has continued to study, deepening his knowledge and taking part in several international courses with Don, Aidan, Christof and the various teachers who have taught over the years. His commitment led him to assist Christof as an assistant in the Gong Master training and later to obtain authorization to start Gong Master Training in Rome, thus creating Gong Universe, to date the only school recognized by Gong Planet to train new Gong Masters. He continues to train, studying with gong masters such as Mehtab Benton, Michael Bettine, Mike Tamburo and others. In 2018 he performed with the gongs on Rai1 on the show I Soliti Ignoti. In 2019 he joined the “technical staff” during the international courses with Don Conreaux and Aidan McIntyre, taking care of the morning meditation carried out using the “Taiji Gong” technique, which through the movements of Taijiquan teaches how to move in front of the Gongs with grace and elegance. In 2020 he trained with Emiliano Toso in Translational Music. Also in 2020 he joined the “teaching team” of Gong Planet’s International Advanced Courses.
