Theta Healing® Basic Course, with Monica Cescon.
During the seminar we will learn to reach and sustain Theta waves, to access the unconscious part of ourselves, where limiting beliefs reside, and to reprogramme our deep structure to our advantage.
To get to know the course and the teacher there are two online presentations, on Friday 23 October and Friday 6 November, from 20:30 to 22:00. The course then takes place in December: Friday 18 online, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 in person at Spazio Il Sole.

Monica Cescon
Theta Healing® practitioner since 2010 and certified Theta Healing® teacher since 2014.
She trained as a Systematic Kinesiology practitioner at Kinesiologia Sistematic Italy, as a craniosacral practitioner at the SKI school in Treviso and as a colour therapy practitioner with the coloured pen. She practises Reiki Usui and Pranic Healing, has a grounding in traditional Chinese medicine and is a Hatha Yoga teacher.
She also offers paths of introspective meditation using all the tools learnt during her studies, with the intention of accompanying people on the journey of inner rediscovery and with the aim of creating harmony and well-being.
