Free your inner resources through imaginal language
We invite you to an introductory meeting for Meditation and Myths, a monthly experiential journey that combines meditation, mythological archetypes and personal growth, guiding you to awaken inner qualities through the symbolic energy of the Deities.
Myths are not just ancient tales: they are maps of the soul.
Through imaginal language and meditative practice, each meeting becomes a living space of transformation and awareness.
The path
Each month we will work with a Deity as a guiding archetype, to develop an essential quality in daily life.
This month, with Hermes, you will discover lightness, fluidity and the ability to move through change.
Who it is for
For anyone who feels the desire to activate their inner resources and bring more presence, creativity and willpower into their life, through a deep yet accessible approach.
The introductory meeting is an opportunity to get to know the method, get a feel for the atmosphere of the course and sense whether it resonates with you.

BIO:
I am a professional coach who integrates strategic coaching and spiritual transformation, combining clarity in decision-making with inner work. After training in Economics and Marketing and more than 15 years in the world of communication, I realised that building an external identity is not enough without knowing who you really are inside.
Today I help people recognise and activate their inner resources, working from that fragile yet powerful space where change begins. In my work I combine strategic coaching, symbolic awareness and ritual, to root transformation in everyday life. I do not help you become someone else, but recognise who you are now, even before you can put it into words.
