The workshop will start with a breathing session, where you will
be guided to breathe deeply and rhythmically, releasing tension and stress from your body and mind. This will help you to connect with yourself, your energy, and prepare you for the Kundalini Activation that will follow.
Next, you will lie down on a mat with your eyes closed, and receive gentle touch on specific points on your body. This will activate the energy within you, and launch you into a unique and personal adventure. You will travel through your inner worlds, gaining insights and perspectives about yourself and life itself.
During the workshop, you may experience various sensations, such as spontaneous movements, chills, warmth, tingling, spinal waves, deep emotional release, or a profound meditative state. You may also access deep parts of your subconscious that are normally hidden or suppressed.

Ibi lives in southern Sweden and has a background in design and creativity. Her curiosity and desire to connect with her intuition have driven her to explore the unseen and her inner worlds. Today, she is committed to creating a bridge between heaven and earth through energy work and guidance. Her passion is working with souls going through significant changes in their lives. People who desire and are ready to rediscover themselves on a spiritual level. Ibi is a Reiki Master, a Level 2 Kundalini Bodywork practitioner, and a soul mentor and coach. “We are not lost. She traveled the world to study with different teachers and masters, experiencing firsthand the power of these practices. Now, Carla is passionate about sharing her knowledge and wisdom with others, guiding them on their path to freedom and personal empowerment. She uses her skills and intuition to craft customized sessions that meet the needs and goals of each client.
