How to stay calm with your children and start truly enjoying being with them, even if you have little patience.
Being a parent can feel exhausting, but you can learn to respond to the challenges of parenting with more awareness and confidence.

What you will learn:
• To recognise anger and listen to the real reason that triggered this emotion. Learn practical strategies that increase your ability to stay calm in a simpler, more natural way.
• To respond to stress instead of reacting on impulse. Discover how to step in calmly and give your children clear guidance.
• To find balance even when things are out of control. Discover how to be more understanding with your children without shouting or losing your patience any more.
• To build a new way to have fun and feel relaxed with your children. Discover how to create opportunities for connection, communication and leisure that enrich family life.

During this meeting we will go through every single step together to make anger disappear from your days with your children, allowing you to live everyday life with the calm and the smile you deserve, through awareness and fun

Dr Arianna Palomba

I am a Professional Educator with a degree in Education Sciences, a Certified Parent Coach and a Mindfulness Facilitator, with expertise in emotional intelligence and parental awareness.
Passionate about Montessori, I am a digital entrepreneur and the mother of two children aged 5 and 6.
I changed the way I relate to myself and to my children: it wasn’t always an easy journey, but today I can say that I live life with my children in harmony and with fun.
I know what it means to face waves of emotion, to survive tiredness, worries and commitments while trying to make it to the end of the day.
Over the years I have studied pedagogy, the child’s mind and emotional regulation techniques, I have worked on myself to become a better person and parent, I have questioned myself, asked myself questions and understood which habits to change.
I fell and got back up again many times, and I found the security and emotional balance I was looking for in my life as a mother. I feel like a calm, fulfilled mum.
Then I began guiding other parents to do the same: I have already helped dozens of mums and dads stop getting angry with their children and start living everyday life with the calm and the smile they deserve.
My mission is to see more and more parents who are calm and fulfilled, confident in themselves and their abilities, raising children who will become autonomous, independent and happy adults.
