This course was born from the constant demand for a simple and effective method to relieve the stress, worry and anxiety syndromes that seem to accompany us more and more in daily life.
This method came to life towards the end of the 1970s thanks to Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn, who combined simple mind-training methods with pain treatment.
A meditation practitioner, he drew inspiration from ancient Vipassana and from Buddhist practices in general.
It would later gain increasing traction in the field of psychiatry, thanks to confirmations across various support treatments and research.
This is not about meditation, religion or Buddhist doctrines, but focuses on training the mind by capturing present-moment listening in order to dissipate the constant thoughts that lower our frequencies, allowing illnesses to enter more freely.
A simple practice guided through various mental exercises in static postures.
The course is structured in two levels: the first on Mindfulness and the other on Meditation.
