Imagine a gym where you train abilities such as turning pain into power, balancing and strengthening your vital energy, or healing the relationship between body, mind and energy.<\/p>\n

Rome now has its first path dedicated to discovering and strengthening the bodily and energetic resources inherent in every human being: a space where you learn to stay with everything you feel and turn it into energy available for your own well-being and growth.<\/p>\n

Together we will practise a range of techniques, such as self-regulation of the nervous system, conditioning of the body schema, strengthening of the chakras, grounding and more. The Water Path<\/h3>\n

The mind looks for solutions, analyses, thinks\u2026 but on its own it cannot bring you back to balance. Your body and your vital energy, on the other hand, know exactly how to do it.<\/p>\n

Energetic Theatre Therapy is a safe space, in small groups, where you can train and awaken your self-healing resources, restoring contact with what you feel through bodily, expressive and energetic techniques.<\/p>\n

At Spazio Il Sole, on Friday mornings, the Water Path is running: for those who are already familiar with holistic practices or are in recovery, and wish to add a routine that deeply respects their sensitive nature.<\/p>\n

The Right to Feel and to Act will be the main theme of the first three months.<\/p>\n
