Not everyone knows that more than one self dwells and acts within each of us: our unconscious echoes with the memories, perceptions and painful, limiting and traumatic experiences of those who came before us and who allowed us to come into the world.<\/p>\n

This is where Spiritual Family Constellations come in: an experience of introspection, transformation and integration of unconscious family memories, which are often at the root of the challenges life places on our path.<\/p>\n

Thanks to Constellations, it is possible to shed light on various issues, first and foremost:<\/p>\n

-relationships between family members<\/p>\n

-couple relationship dynamics<\/p>\n

-work and financial dynamics<\/p>\n

-recurring or persistent health issues<\/p>\n

-situations of indecision or lack of clarity<\/p>\n

By representing in a space the figures linked to the issue in question, we can observe whom that condition unconsciously refers to, in order to gain clarity and move beyond it with greater lightness and strength.<\/p>\n

Constellations are not a \u201csolution to problems\u201d, and should not be considered an alternative to therapeutic practices or to medical or psychological care.<\/p>\n

They help us see situations from new perspectives, triggering inner changes that align us with different conditions of life; the choice to welcome and keep them rests solely with each person\u2019s individual responsibility.<\/p>\n

How does a Constellations session work?<\/p>\n

Each participant can present any issue concerning a current personal difficulty, to be observed together.<\/p>\n

You can also take part simply as an observer or as a representative in other people’s work, depending on your availability.<\/p>\n

Alberto Buono<\/h3>\n

Always in search of a broader, wider vision of existence, I pursue Knowledge and Self-Expression by bringing together Science, Art and Personal Growth.<\/p>\n

My path of study began in 2015, exploring concepts from the world of Quantum Physics in terms of Energy, Frequency and Vibration, and the world of the unconscious based on the writings of Carl Gustav Jung and Brian Weiss, before going on to approach holistic practices and the development of communication through voice and images.<\/p>\n

In 2016 I took my first step towards Reiki, receiving my attunement and continuing along the path until I became a Usui method Master in 2025.<\/p>\n

From 2017 to 2019 I attended the Aura Cleansing and Shadow Integration Course at the Harmonia Mundi Esoteric Bookshop in Rome, through which in 2018 I discovered Family Constellations.<\/p>\n

In 2023 I decided to take the Initiation and Learning Course in Systemic and Spiritual Constellations with Gabriele Policardo, becoming a Facilitator in 2025.<\/p>\n

Since 2024 I have been studying the 5 Biological Laws in depth, as a complement to Constellations on health-related themes.<\/p>\n
