     <\/p>\n

    The “others”<\/em><\/strong> are parts of us; they are like “mirrors” reflecting all our parts, each in its own way. Each of them reflects a part of our existence, of our inner being, and the conflict that arises with these people, and therefore with these parts, represents exclusively the non-integration of these difficulties, of these imbalances within us. They are holographic representations<\/em><\/strong> of our inner being, created by us: that is, we desired them, created them, lived them, and used them so that they could show us these limitations of ours, so that, through our relationship with them, we can resolve and integrate them. They are Souls who have chosen to put themselves at the service of our evolution, just as we choose to put ourselves at the service of theirs!<\/p>\n

    Everything that surrounds us does not exist in the Quantum Truth<\/em><\/strong> in which we are immersed: EVERYTHING that surrounds us is nothing but a holographic projection<\/em><\/strong> of our consciousness, conveyed by our energetic vibrations.<\/p>\n

    We do not know what the Reality that surrounds us is truly like, because everything we experience is filtered through our five senses, which are HUMAN and therefore linked to our physical body – and to our subtle bodies – and to our finite mind. So the World around us is a projection of our thoughts, our memory, and all our experiences.<\/p>\n

    The thoughts<\/em>, the actions<\/em>, the deeds<\/em>, and the omissions<\/em> that we live and enact toward them are the very way in which we act with ourselves and with the life we live and that surrounds us. Consequently, Life and Existence, because of this non-integration, will make us relive the same identical experiences more intensely every time we fail to become aware of them, even multiplying them tenfold, so that we can definitively and fully understand within ourselves what we have not yet integrated, in order to finally proceed with this Evolution.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    “When in doubt, choose what leads to Unity, to Cohesion, and not to Separation!”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Everything that is Separation brings discomfort, suffering, and pain.<\/em><\/p>\n

    Often it is the judgment that others pass on us that causes these feelings: in practice we constantly feel “judged<\/em>.” Or it is exactly the opposite: it is we who judge others. In both cases a “SEPARATION” is carried out, an “EXCLUSION,” a defensive mechanism of our Ego which is, however, at the same time, exactly what we ultimately need for our Fulfillment.<\/p>\n

    Indeed, everything that is Separation<\/em> makes us unhappy, judged, and inadequate, while everything that is Inclusion<\/em> makes us feel strong, accepted, loved, and consequently fulfilled and happy! The solution consists in seeking, proposing, and allowing ourselves and those we relate to, to establish bonds, deep interactions between us and them, obviously without falling into attachment and dependency. But sometimes this interaction, this symbiotic and unhealthy connection, becomes necessary to bring to light the oldest and most suffering parts of us, which without this deep crisis would not have had a way to surface into consciousness.<\/p>\n

    This is the case with our “Inner Child.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Inner Child that dwells within us is, therefore, nothing other than the representation of all our parts produced by our experiences and memories of the “past” that we have not yet fully internalized, and which push powerfully to be seen, accepted, loved, and finally integrated into our existence.<\/p>\n

    In any case, a Separation is underway, a division, a split that is nothing other than the main cause of suffering, as it excludes a “part of us” from our life and our evolution, due to an interruption in the exchange of information necessary both for survival and for evolution itself.<\/p>\n

    It is precisely this feeling of separation that drives us to reunite with “someone,” with “something,” and in the more evolved cases with the “Whole,” through what we call the “integration of opposites.” This premonition of separation<\/em><\/strong> leads us to formulate those classic existential questions such as “who am I?”<\/em>, “where do I come from?”<\/em>, “where am I going?”<\/em>, “what is my life’s purpose?”<\/em> etc., and it fuels our thirst for connection, knowledge, and Union.<\/p>\n

    The endless dance between primal impulses which, interacting with one another, seek to experience themselves, leads to further separation. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    From this separation, an attempt is made to re-establish a sense of unity, security, and wellbeing, tending toward reunion, creating harmony within Universal Consciousness. Masculine energy (creative activity) and feminine energy (loving nourishment that gives shape to the cosmic plan) seek to reunite. The Cosmic Energies of Father<\/strong> and Mother<\/strong><\/em> are the Masculine<\/em><\/strong> and Feminine<\/em><\/strong> energies, which, uniting, create the human being, the divine offspring of the Whole that contains the macrocosm within the microcosm.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    In order to detach ourselves from this illusion of duality, we unfortunately need to pass through Suffering. Our attachment to matter is so deeply rooted in us that it does not allow us to easily reach the awareness that we live inside a fictitious reality in which we identify with our personality and with linear time. This false reality, this “Matrix,”<\/em> involves us so much that we consider it the true reality<\/em><\/strong>, just as in the famous film of the same name.<\/p>\n

    The good news is that this condition is useful to us, because it serves to remind us “who we are and what our true life’s purpose is”!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Suffering is indispensable until we reach an evolved and conscious way of functioning. At a primitive level of functioning it is necessary so that the individual becomes aware that this is a path that does not lead to the fulfillment of their Soul. And furthermore it is useful, mainly to be able to empathize with the suffering of others and develop Compassion, a fundamental step for our evolution, for the expansion of the Heart Energy Center, and an essential step on the path toward ascension<\/em>.<\/p>\n

    It is the lack of Awareness that produces Suffering, but it is Suffering that leads to Awareness, which makes Suffering disappear.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    No one forces our Soul to reincarnate and undertake a new journey in the three-dimensionality of matter, but in order to detach once and for all from the cycle of incarnations, it is necessary to descend again into duality and spiritualize matter<\/em> through the complete and total awakening of our consciousness.<\/p>\n

    “To Love, to Serve, and to Remember”<\/em><\/strong> are the three fundamental points that characterize our incarnation in our physical body. The act of remembering is a “memory<\/em> of the Soul”<\/em> which, after a period of time that varies for each of us, emerges powerfully into consciousness and, making its way in every possible way, marks the stages of our journey, already accepted at the very moment of our incarnation.<\/p>\n

    It is a very important moment in our life, as we are shaken out of our unawareness and attachment to phenomenal, material reality, and a flash of Consciousness<\/em><\/strong> and Light<\/em><\/strong> permeates us. We thus realize that this separation which makes us suffer so much is fictitious, a conjecture of our limited mind, and we begin to understand that there is much more, beyond what we experience through our senses.<\/p>\n

    This is how these “parts of us” manifest in our three-dimensional life, mainly in the form of people, as we have seen, to give us a precise message at the moment we need it most. Let us accept them with Love and Humility, just as it is right to do with our inner child, precisely because they are our material counterpart, the representation in phenomenal reality of these inner parts not yet seen, not accepted, and not fully integrated into our consciousness. So by embracing the suffering inner child in every person we relate to, we will also embrace our own, that is, our parts that press to come into consciousness, to be seen, accepted, understood, and loved. This will certainly cost us a great deal of effort and sometimes a great deal of suffering, but it is the only way to detach ourselves from the great deficiencies and attachments that not only make our life impossible but also preclude the true Awakening of Consciousness that we deserve.<\/p>\n

    Our Path has already been traced: it is up to us now to choose to accept and follow it or to ignore it – because, for example, we are not yet ready and we are afraid -; when instead we feel overtaken by excitement and pervaded by enthusiasm, a conjunction is being created with the road that our Soul needs, urgently needs, to undertake, revealing a “synchronicity” with our “Destiny.”<\/p>\n

    “From the moment of birth, the soul takes possession of its inner self, and every step of its earthly pilgrimage draws to itself outer circumstances, a reflection of its own purity, its own impurity, its own strength, and its own weakness. Human beings do not attract what they want, but what they are.”<\/em><\/p>\n

    One clearly perceives when standing before a road that absolutely must be taken. It manifests itself both through an obsessive aspect, that is, through fixation, and through the enthusiasm that comes from the idea of accomplishing it, as well as from the accomplishment itself!<\/p>\n

    “EVERYTHING LIES IN SIMPLICITY”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    We are evolved when we notice, respect, care for, and honor the “little things” in the Here and Now<\/em><\/strong>. This world, as we know it, has been very useful for our evolution, but it is disintegrating, that is, the vibrational frequency is rising, and that system of low-frequency energies that created a dense, oppressive, and fearful physical reality is transforming into “something else,” and this is catapulting us toward a new world<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Let us work steadily so as not to be caught unprepared: meditation, conscious prayer, service, and constant connection will make us ready for this rise in frequency.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    In moments of greatest suffering and difficult understanding, let us always remember that we never struggle with events or conditions outside ourselves, but only with our inner parts. This is why we deeply thank those who resonate with us and show us our most hidden and suffering inner parts. Judgment toward the people around us – and consequently toward ourselves – probably represents the greatest obstacle to our psychic and spiritual evolution.<\/p>\n

    There is no difference between me and the other from me: I am the other and the other is me!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Everything you do, think, or wish for the other, you are doing primarily to YOURSELF<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    “LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS<\/strong> YOURSELF”<\/em> beyond equality, and beyond telling us that no one is better or worse than anyone else, also emphasizes this deep and total connection. The struggle, if we can call it a “struggle,” is exclusively with OURSELVES<\/em><\/strong>! With our parts still in the shadow.<\/p>\n
