{"id":3155,"date":"2024-09-02T11:04:54","date_gmt":"2024-09-02T09:04:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spazioilsole.it\/articolo-9-dare-ascolto-al-cuore-parte-1"},"modified":"2026-08-22T21:48:36","modified_gmt":"2026-08-22T19:48:36","slug":"articolo-9-dare-ascolto-al-cuore-parte-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spazioilsole.it\/en\/articolo-9-dare-ascolto-al-cuore-parte-1","title":{"rendered":"Article 9 &#8211; Listening to the Heart &#8211; Part 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When we listen to our Heart, that is, when we are &#8220;open to listening to others, generous, available, and welcoming,&#8221; we live in Peace; on the contrary, when it is the Brain that wants to dictate the law while the Heart, <em>which knows perfectly well what to do<\/em>, has other needs, a discord is created and we live in the chaos caused by what is defined as <strong><em>&#8220;cardiac incoherence&#8221;<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It is like braking and accelerating at the same time while driving the <em>&#8220;human machine.&#8221;<\/em> This leads to numerous health problems from every point of view. Both physically and psychologically we suffer the dire consequences, ranging from chronic fatigue to cardiovascular problems and all disorders linked to a weakened immune system, up to depression, memory loss, attention deficit, and an altered perception of reality.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>It is possible to get out of this deficient state!<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By listening to our own Heart we can enter a state of energetic, psychic, and therefore physical (cardiac) <strong><em>coherence<\/em><\/strong> created by our <em>Intention<\/em>, but only if we consciously abandon that <strong><em>survival state<\/em><\/strong> and let ourselves be guided by the energetic flow of the Heart, which already knows perfectly well the <em>preferential lane<\/em> toward true wellbeing on every level. That chaotic survival state we must transcend is founded mainly on <strong><em>Fear<\/em><\/strong>. Fear intensifies the functioning of the defense mechanisms of the <em>lower self<\/em> (the three energy centers that operate below our operational center, the Heart, and that obey the so-called <em>Law of the 3 P&#8217;s<\/em> &#8211; <em>Fear, Pleasure, and Power<\/em>) and forces them into overwork, activating the production of substances harmful to our body and shifting the focus of our attention and intention. From here arise those states of <em>anxiety<\/em> or <em>panic<\/em> that fundamentally stem from <strong><em>Fear<\/em><\/strong>, first of <strong><em>death<\/em><\/strong> and secondly of the <strong><em>future<\/em><\/strong>, both linked to the <strong><em>survival condition<\/em><\/strong> we live in.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>&#8220;Energy goes where our attention goes!&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Only if our attention is directed toward our Heart will that state of <strong><em>cardiac coherence<\/em><\/strong> be established, allowing that quantum leap from a mechanism based on scarcity, difficulty, and suffering to one centered on abundance, fluidity, and joy, thanks to a true and deep <em>connection<\/em> between the three upper centers and the three lower centers, precisely through what has now become the true conductor of the orchestra! If, instead, we listen to our <strong><em>amygdala<\/em><\/strong>, we live in a world founded on total separation, in which there is no cooperation, the law of the strongest prevails, and the predominant need is that of <em>survival<\/em>, because it considers itself fundamentally most at risk. It is as if we had gone back to living in the forest, in contact with fierce animals we must defend ourselves from and must kill to survive! By yielding to our Heart, which, taking charge of everything, uses the <em>lower circuits of Consciousness<\/em> for the benefit of the <em>higher<\/em> ones, embracing an existence of Respect, Compassion, Love, and Service, we can also live a Life of Joy, Freedom, and Abundance.<\/p>\n<p>It was with the formation of the cerebral cortex that human behavior began to change, leading to what is now emerging in this era: the expansion of consciousness that manages to consider the <strong><em>Consciousness of the Heart<\/em><\/strong> possible and real. It is as if, by using the consciousness of the Heart, one could automatically access a mechanism that operates on quantum laws, whereas by still using that of the cortex one would still have to follow now-obsolete analogical procedures. Creating <em>&#8220;from the personality&#8221;<\/em> makes sense, but only for those who still work at a lower level of consciousness. It works equally well, but the process is based on completely different concepts, with equally different results. It is as if, in the first case, years of physical effort were needed, due to extremely draining unconscious work in which it is our <em>defensive Self<\/em>, the <strong><em>Ego<\/em><\/strong>, that continually dictates the law for the satisfaction of the three lower centers. The <strong><em>Ego<\/em><\/strong> will get us exactly what is in line with its needs, and what best suits our thoughts, our feelings, what we believe we deserve or do not deserve! Instead, in the second mode, one can simply create using only creative thought, <em>&#8220;magically,&#8221;<\/em> making the situations most suited to our frequency vibrations appear. Reality will manifest itself through the awareness of the <em>three upper centers<\/em>, with results created by decidedly higher vibrational frequencies drawn from an &#8220;other&#8221; plane of existence! When the direction is truly entrusted to the Heart, we witness in record time what the Masters and the Great Initiates have always called the <strong><em>Flourishing of the Heart<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>There is a Path, a kind of specific journey founded on certain stages, various necessary conditions to become aware of and fully live before being able to reach the so-called <strong><em>Flourishing of the Heart<\/em><\/strong>, and there is also a precise process to follow in order to access, each time, the next experience. This <strong><em>&#8220;Path&#8221; <\/em><\/strong>can only be pursued, however, after having cleansed, so to speak, our mind of the main limiting beliefs and convictions, of the freezing programs and memories present in each of us in the form of <strong><em>psychic resistances<\/em><\/strong>. These resistances are mostly unconscious, that is, unknown to our awareness. This is why, in order to access the <strong><em>&#8220;Path&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> it is necessary to follow a basic program that allows awareness of these deeper and more hidden resistances.<\/p>\n<p>What truly makes the difference between being <em>&#8220;awakened&#8221;<\/em> and not being so fundamentally concerns the <strong><em>Heart<\/em><\/strong>: whether or not one acts with the Heart. One can do something with the head, with the mind, there is nothing wrong with this and it is absolutely understandable because we are incarnated and our mind is what allows us to live &#8211; and survive &#8211; in the physical body we inhabit. But in this case it is not a matter of Love, of Grace, of Higher Consciousness. What matters is being conscious of how one is acting, of <em>&#8220;which master one is serving.&#8221;<\/em> If one is conscious of this, even something accomplished with the mind can become something<strong><em> &#8220;Sacred&#8221;<\/em><\/strong>. This is because at the base of everything accomplished with the mind there is always, even if only to a minimal degree, the Heart, otherwise there would be no drive to accomplish that given thing, to put <strong><em>&#8220;Creation&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> into what one does. The Heart is certainly hidden beneath a lot of mind but little by little, by helping it flourish, the mind will step aside more and more and return to the place that best suits it, <strong><em>beside the Heart<\/em><\/strong> as its &#8220;employee,&#8221; someone at its service, working for it &#8211; and together with it! &#8211; unceasingly for their shared <em>Highest Good<\/em>. But when the mind does not know at all that it is working for the Heart and thinks that it is exclusively for itself that it is working so hard in order to achieve as many goals as possible, we live in <em>non-unity<\/em>, in Separation: this happens when one is not <em>Awakened<\/em>. When we become aware that the mind is <strong><em>always<\/em><\/strong> at the service of the Heart and has never done anything else, the so-called <strong><em>Awakening of Consciousness<\/em><\/strong> will take place and this connection will be able to begin to establish itself!<\/p>\n<p>So let us not behave as if awakened if we are not! It is truly harmful to our evolution and to our health at every level, because by acting this way we are not in line with what we are at that given moment. This means living the life of &#8220;someone else&#8221; and not dwelling in Presence!<\/p>\n<p>What do these words mean to express?<\/p>\n<p>The road to the <strong><em>Flourishing of the Heart<\/em><\/strong>, the so-called &#8220;Awakening of Consciousness,&#8221; the activation of the famous <strong><em>Body of Light<\/em><\/strong>, consists of nothing other than <strong><em>&#8220;Being what one IS&#8221;<\/em><\/strong>, &#8220;surrendering&#8221; and &#8220;staying with what is,&#8221; going beyond our limitations imposed by our Personality. When we do not let ourselves be misled and oppressed by the superstructures of our <strong><em>defensive Self<\/em><\/strong> that still push &#8211; because they are needy &#8211; for attention, justice and revenge, obscuring our True Essence which IS Strength, Grounding, Balance, Coherence, Power &#8211; including that of our Vital and Sexual Energy, our <strong><em>Kundalini<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Will, Openness in Giving and Receiving, in Communicating and Listening, in Seeing beyond appearances and Connection with the Whole, when we do not block and mortify this True Essence of ours, we inevitably understand that our truest and deepest Task is Selfless Service and the <strong><em>&#8220;Narrow Road&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> will open before us! Pursuing it without any doubt, fears and resistance, we realize it is not &#8220;narrow&#8221; at all, as one might have initially imagined, but is instead free of disturbing elements that did nothing but absorb attention, energy and power!<\/p>\n<p>And it has nothing to do with religious dogmas that limit more than they comfort. It is not by suffering, mortifying one&#8217;s own Self, and remaining in pain to atone for phantom &#8220;sins&#8221; that we activate the <strong><em>Fourth Chakra<\/em><\/strong> but rather by loving ourselves and placing all our well-defined egoic forces at the service of the Essence, living them and spiritualizing them through a complete Awakening of Consciousness. Every part of us presses to be recognized, accepted and integrated into the psycho-physical-energetic-spiritual system that we are, bringing it back to our bodily experience, feeling it &#8211; not simply thinking it! &#8211;
