So, for those who are ready, it is necessary to unite the most earthly part with the most spiritual part. Meditation, brought into the small things of daily life, is a powerful tool for achieving this integration. We will therefore open a space in which to let the state of “Presence” emerge, staying in the Here and Now, paying attention first of all to our own body and creating space in a mind that is always far too noisy. A lifelong explorer of the deepest dimensions of the human being and a lover of art. At the age of 21 he earned a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology and Health from Sapienza University of Rome.<\/p>\n

Later, after a profound experience of inner transformation and expansion of consciousness, he opened up fully to the spiritual dimension. Feeling that he wanted to bring this inner realisation into every area of his life, he decided to train as a holistic counsellor in order to combine psychology with the wisdom that lies beyond the rational mind. He is exploring Reiki and family constellations in depth.
