Azul Conscious Movement is a practice that invites us to rediscover the union of body, mind and spirit in the present moment.<\/p>\n

Through free movement, without choreography or set steps, we rely on the innate wisdom of the body, which knows how to transform physical or emotional tension and blockages into vital energy.<\/p>\n

By letting the movement happen, we learn to listen to, recognize and express the emotions that live within us, allowing them to flow and transform.<\/p>\n

In this process we encounter our deepest humanity and rediscover the possibility of living and moving in the world with truth, presence and authenticity.<\/p>\n

A journey of reconnection with ourselves, with others and with the whole. No dance or movement experience is required, it is suitable for everyone.<\/p>\n

What is Azul?<\/p>\n

Azul Conscious Movement is a practice of conscious movement, a branch of the conscious dance forms found all over the world, among which you find 5 Rhythms, Movement Medicine, Soul Motion, Azul, Open Floor.<\/p>\n

It is a form of meditation in movement that connects us with the wisdom of the body through listening to what the music moves.<\/p>\n

Opening up to the power of spontaneous movement helps release physical and emotional tension and blockages, calm the mind and awaken the body by freeing one’s vital force; and by connecting to our vital force, we give expression to our talents and our creative drive.<\/p>\n

It is a practice suitable for everyone, it requires no dance experience, reminding us that movement is our nature.<\/p>\n

The choice of music ranges widely, to allow entry into a true bodily and sensory journey, through a rising wave of energy, to reach a peak of release and then surrender to a final part of relaxation on the ground in which I use the sounds of harmonic bowls.<\/p>\n
