Azul Conscious Movement is a practice that invites us to rediscover the union of body, mind and spirit in the present moment.<\/p>\n

Through free movement, without choreography or set steps, we entrust ourselves to the innate wisdom of the body, which knows how to transform physical or emotional tension and blockages into vital energy.<\/p>\n

By letting movement happen, we learn to listen to, recognise and express the emotions that dwell within us, allowing them to flow and transform.<\/p>\n

In this process we encounter our deepest humanity and rediscover the possibility of living and moving through the world with truth, presence and authenticity.<\/p>\n

A journey of reconnection with ourselves, with others and with the whole. No dance or movement experience is required; it is suitable for everyone.<\/p>\n

What is Azul?<\/p>\n

Azul Conscious Movement is a conscious movement practice, a branch of the conscious dances practised all over the world, which include 5Rhythms, Movement Medicine, Soul Motion, Azul and Open Floor.<\/p>\n

It is a form of meditation in movement that connects us with the wisdom of the body by listening to what the music moves within us.<\/p>\n

Opening up to the power of spontaneous movement helps to release tension and physical and emotional blockages, calm the mind and awaken the body, freeing our life force; and by connecting with our life force, we give expression to our talents and our creative drive.<\/p>\n

It is a practice suitable for everyone and requires no dance experience, reminding us that movement is our nature.<\/p>\n

The choice of music ranges widely, allowing you to enter a true bodily and sensory journey, through a rising wave of energy, to reach a peak of release and then surrender to a final part of relaxation on the floor, in which I use the sounds of harmonic bells.<\/p>\n
