{"id":3097,"date":"2024-09-29T08:08:23","date_gmt":"2024-09-29T06:08:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spazioilsole.it\/articolo-13-dalla-fioritura-del-cuore-sorge-lio-sono-parte-2"},"modified":"2026-08-22T21:59:50","modified_gmt":"2026-08-22T19:59:50","slug":"articolo-13-dalla-fioritura-del-cuore-sorge-lio-sono-parte-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spazioilsole.it\/en\/articolo-13-dalla-fioritura-del-cuore-sorge-lio-sono-parte-2","title":{"rendered":"Article 13 &#8211; From the Blossoming of the Heart Arises the I AM &#8211; Part 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>He who \u201cknows\u201d sees everyone as \u201cknowing\u201d and sees nothing separate from the Self!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Slavery and liberation, all levels of consciousness and awakening are described for the ignorant so that their ignorance may be shaken.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Only Light, Consciousness and Love exist.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is no need to worry about <em>Enlightenment<\/em>, about <em>Awakening<\/em>, because the more one worries about them and seeks them, the further away one moves from them. It is never <em>\u201cI<\/em> <em>am this thing\u201d<\/em> or <em>\u201cI am that other thing,\u201d<\/em> it is always and only <strong><em>\u201cI Am\u201d<\/em><\/strong> without any identification.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>\u201cI Am\u201d<\/em><\/strong> means \u201cbeing a means, a channel of the Essence, of the Universal Creative Energy.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the thought <em>\u201cI am this or that\u201d<\/em> is no longer present, then the individual I, the identifying superstructure of the defensive Personality, will disappear, and in its place there will be a <em>direct Experience of the Self<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Where does this \u201cI\u201d arise from?<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let us discover where the I arises from, and only then can it be depowered and transformed, raising our frequency and releasing the charge (energetic and of consciousness) that has been blocked within it until now.<\/p>\n<p>For as long as the <em>\u201cI\u201d thought<\/em> is present, there will indeed be anguish!<\/p>\n<p>When we constantly see <em>\u201cI\u201d<\/em> around us, we cannot glimpse the Self within us: these \u201cI\u201ds are all thoughts that stimulate and emphasize our Personality through the perception of the world around us, via the senses.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>The Self is realized when the mind is free of thoughts and turned inward. <\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will then connect with the <strong><em>Cosmic Mind<\/em><\/strong> which, not being limited by the Ego, has nothing separate from itself and is only <strong><em>Awareness<\/em><\/strong>. <strong><em>Being what one already is<\/em><\/strong>, is effortless, since existence is always <strong><em>present<\/em><\/strong> and can always be experienced if we simply place our attention on the <strong><em>Breath<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In this <em>self-inquiry<\/em> into <em>\u201cwhat one is\u201d<\/em> in truth, if attention should be distracted by other thoughts, it is enough simply to return to awareness of the <strong><em>Breath<\/em><\/strong>, observing it.<\/p>\n<p>In this <strong><em>Breath<\/em><\/strong> we will find the connection with the <strong><em>Source<\/em><\/strong> and dwell in It, which <strong><em>IS NOT OUTSIDE OF US<\/em><\/strong>, but in our <strong><em>Heart<\/em><\/strong>, withdrawing attention and interest from what we are not &#8211; namely our superstructures, our thoughts and our expectations.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sri Ramana Maharshi<\/em> also writes:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>When one constantly inquires into the nature of the mind, it finds its end, bringing forth as a residue what remains, the Self that Is the divine Essence in each of us (that is, the <strong>Atman<\/strong>, as distinct from the Higher Divine Essence that Is God and that is called <strong>Brahman<\/strong>)\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>\u201cBe, do not think of being.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally, to keep the mind always fixed in the Self is the true practice, where <strong><em>Meditation<\/em><\/strong> is feeling that one is the <strong><em>Absolute<\/em><\/strong> which Is Existence-Consciousness-Bliss.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Abandoning the personal egoism that binds us to this existence, to this world, abandoning the Ego, surrendering and abandoning the false Self is the true renunciation:<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>NOTHING ELSE IS NEEDED!<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The mind is only a bundle of thoughts. How can it be extinguished merely by \u201cthinking\u201d of doing so, or with a \u201cwish\u201d?<\/p>\n<p><em>Concentration <\/em>is obviously ineffective in this context since <strong><em>\u201cthe mind cannot be destroyed by using the mind.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Only by turning inward to see where the mind arises from will it cease to condition us and &#8211; for us &#8211; cease to exist. Although this process engages the mind, one does not start from the notion that there is a mind that one wants to destroy, but one begins to search for where this mind is born, ultimately discovering that the mind is only our own creation of a <em>flow of thoughts<\/em> and that, in truth, it does not exist at all! <strong><em>It depends on what we do with this energetic flow<\/em><\/strong>: if we turn it outward it resolves into thoughts and objects; if instead we turn it inward it becomes the <strong><em>Self<\/em><\/strong> itself.<\/p>\n<p>It is therefore not possible to destroy the mind by means of the mind, nor is it even necessary to do so!!! The only way is to accept it as it is and bypass it, seeking the Source and connecting with It! Only in this way will we be able to use it in favor of the <em>Essence,<\/em> of That which connects us incessantly with the <em>Source<\/em> of which we are an <strong><em>eternal Spark of Its own. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When we withdraw into the <strong><em>Self<\/em><\/strong>, within our <strong><em>Essence<\/em><\/strong> and perceive its vibration, its intensity, its strength and beauty, the mind will cease to condition us. We are not talking about \u201cconcentration\u201d or \u201cdestruction of the mind\u201d, but simply about <strong><em>\u201cwithdrawing into our spiritual intimacy.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And when both thoughts and emotions fade away your <strong><em>Essence<\/em><\/strong> is revealed.
