Silvia Marini<\/h3>\n

Silvia Marini, born in 1973 in Terni, where I live and work, after having had professional experiences outside Italy in the past as well. My professional path began and grew through a solid legal education and 13 years of practice as a lawyer, during which I honed my skills in conflict management, negotiation and strategic problem solving. Later, my passion for professional growth and human development led me to coaching. Today, by free and conscious choice, I work as a teacher in a state primary school. Tamara Gatto<\/h3>\n

The body is the bridge between external reality and the inner voice that every person holds within. Following this principle, I became a body-centred counsellor after a three-year training at the AMEDIA GROUP school in Rome. I believe that the body always speaks an authentic language, that it holds our personal history and that it helps us to be in the present with greater awareness. I offer individual, couple and group pathways, using body expression techniques based on breathing, free movement and dynamic meditation.
